Getting Started with Scribe DM

1. Accessing Scribe DM

Navigate to the Clinical Documentation section from your dashboard:

  1. Click Notes in the sidebar navigation
  2. Select New Clinical Note or Continue Draft
  3. Choose the appropriate note template
