Voice Recognition Accuracy in Noisy Environments
Issue: Voice transcription accuracy drops below 85% in environments with significant background noise.

Affected Areas:
- Emergency departments during peak hours
- Operating rooms with equipment noise
- Patient rooms with multiple conversations
Workarounds:
- Use noise-canceling headsets or lapel microphones
- Move to quieter areas when possible
- Speak closer to the microphone (6-12 inches)
- Use push-to-talk functionality to avoid background noise
Status: Fix planned for v2.1 (Q2 2024)

Mobile App Battery Drain on iOS
Issue: iOS mobile app consumes excessive battery when voice recording is active for extended periods.

- Device heating during extended recording
- App crashes on older devices (iPhone 12 and earlier)
Workarounds:
- Close other apps during voice recording sessions
- Reduce screen brightness during recording
- Use external power source for extended sessions
- Update to latest iOS version
Status: Fixed in v1.9.0 (Released March 2024)

EMR Integration Sync Delays

- "COPD" finds results, but "copd" does not
- "McBurney" works, but "mcburney" fails
- Acronyms require exact capitalization

- Try multiple case variations

Memory Usage with Large Patient Lists

- Grant permissions at system level (System Preferences > Security)
- Use Chrome browser for voice features

Firefox Browser Issues
File Upload Progress
